Looking Ahead in 2019

At the start of each year, I like to lay out a few things that you can expect from us along with reasons why you should always have full confidence in our representation of you. First, with a full year of SmoothPay behind us, we can confidently say that the program was a resounding success. As a quick reminder, we have completely done away with all third-party payment providers and moved premium payment plans in-house. Now your payment plans are fully customizable, free of ridiculous fees, and do not involve any extra paperwork. We plan to further streamline the process this year.

Second, underwriting for everything except complex risk is fully automated. This means we’ll have the fastest turn times on quotes for light aircraft, drones, renter’s insurance, and more. This, in combination with our market reach, promises the quickest responses from every available carrier. In turn, this gives you as many options as possible, as quickly as possible. Third, we’ve added two new carriers to our stable. These carriers represent specific niches in the industry, and for those falling within those niches, the premiums and coverage will be unmatched.

All of this in the name of keeping ourselves and the products we offer at the forefront of our industry. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, is the one thing we have full control over: client service. We may not have full control over rates or coverage, but what we can promise is the best client service in the industry. You’ll never be waiting days to hear from us. In fact, it’s quite the opposite — if it’s not instantaneous, it’s the next closest thing! Looking forward to working with you in 2019!
