Looking Ahead in 2018

At the start of each year, I like to lay out a few things that you can expect from us, along with reasons why you should always have full confidence in our representation of you.

• First, we have completely done away with all third-party payment providers and moved all payment processing in-house. Now your payment plans are fully customizable to whatever best suits your cash flow, which allows us to take payment efficiency to another level. In the process, we’ve drastically cut finance costs to make ours the most affordable payment option in the industry.
• Second, underwriting for everything except complex risk is fully automated. This means we’ll have the fastest turn times on quotes for light aircraft, drones, renter’s insurance, and more. This, in combination with our market reach, promises the quickest responses from a multitude of carriers. In turn, it also gives you as many options as possible, as quickly as possible.
• Last, and perhaps most important, is the one thing we have full control over — client service. We may not have full control over rates or coverages, but what we can do is promise the best client service in our industry. You’ll never be waiting days to hear from us. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. If it’s not instantaneous, it’s the next closest thing! Looking forward to working with you in 2018!
